All orders are placed on aromatrading.net by approved wholesale accounts only.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and ready to ship within 1-3 business days of approval. You will receive a confirmation once your order ships.

Shipping Methods: Smaller orders ship via standard parcel carriers (UPS/FedEx ground). Palletized and bulk orders ship via LTL (less-than-truckload) freight. We will confirm the shipping method and estimated freight cost with you before your order ships if it requires LTL.

Freight Costs: Freight and shipping charges are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination and are either shown at checkout or invoiced separately prior to shipment. Liftgate, inside delivery, and appointment scheduling are available for an additional fee - let us know if your delivery location needs these services.

Transit Times: Transit time varies by location and carrier and is not guaranteed unless expedited shipping is purchased. Typical delivery is 3-10 business days after the order ships, depending on distance and carrier.

Risk of Loss: Risk of loss and title for products pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier. Please inspect all shipments upon arrival and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
